Ludamus
Pronunciation: Loo-dah-moo

Avg. Lifespan: ~500 years

Home Domain: Gaia

Appearance: Very much similar to humans except they have long pointy ears, skin colors have the same range as humans except they are only cool skin tones, eye color is ONLY red with slit pupils, they can have top and/or bottom fangs

Origin: Though it’s unknown how Ludamus came to be, it’s well known that they are a species that thrive in the darkness, and the moon is their best friend. They are known for their blood craving; they can live on without it and find substitutes, but they are at their most powerful/energetic when they feast on the red substance. Their appetite for blood can be controlled, but once the full moon is out, either be a good friend and donate some blood to them or find a substitute for them quickly(either animal blood or blood bags that can be bought from a Black Market) because the full moon increases their yearn for blood and rejuvenation. Despite that, most of them are actually very friendly. If there's any mythical being that doesn't have to do a lot to blend in with humans, it's these guys. All they have to do is change their ears, eyes, and fangs, but they can’t do anything about their skin tone. If they want to, they can choose to transform as a bat. They can stay outside in the sun...if they want to get a sunburn; they’re allergic to the sun, but they can put on special sunscreen or keep an umbrella to protect them. Yes, they do have a reflection, so it’s pointless to taunt them with a mirror. Some Ludamus do have a garlic allergy, but not all of them. Don't call them a "parasite" because it's very offensive and they will throw whoever says it across the room. They are very strong physically, but they’re not as strong as Uyamas.

Special Powers: Ludamus thrive in the physical strength and speed department, and their performance improves under the moonlight. If they want their attacks to pack even more of a punch or have more pep in their step, they can use their unique ability Blood Drain(an ability that involves a Ludamu consuming blood and the blood acts as a power boost). They also have the ability to transform into a bat(Bat Phase), but that’s only useful if the Ludamu wants to save some steps or get out of an area quickly. They do not have magical powers, so like every other Gaian, they’ll have to either drink potions or go through intense training.
